Bandyopadhyay told CNBC-TV18, “We are advising investors to buy real estate not real estate stocks. If one has to buy real estate stocks they need to be very, very selective. Apart from the unrelated diversification, investment in the subsidiaries, there are corporate governance issues in many of these companies. So we are very, very selective. We do advise investors to buy Godrej Properties, Oberoi Realty and some of these names, but not in general.”
