Rajesh Agarwal, Head of Research at Eastern Financiers told CNBC-TV18, “Whether it is a short-term trade or a long-term trade we have our views on realty that it is not suitable for retail investors.”

“There are whole lot of issues associated with these companies be of corporate government, high inventory, high manufacturing cost or high debt. Even if you talk of Unitech, they have a debt of around Rs 5000 crore which would be very difficult to service. It is better to get out of the stock as soon as possible,” Agarwal said.
