Their Goregaon and Kandivali projects are nearing completion and are likely to be completed by March 2013. Apart from which this company is looking at launching 10 new projects in Mumbai and two more projects are in the completion phase which are going to be completed in the next six months. They are planning to leverage around 36 prime land plots which they own.
Buy Adani Enterprises with a stop loss of Rs 249 and a target of Rs 268, Although in the last quarter the power business showed some downtick and they have challenges going forward but we believe that the port and the trading business is doing well. And with environment clearance in Australian mines the coal trading business is going to be a major positive driver for this company.
