Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "I am a seller in DLF. I would assume that Rs 200 will crack decisively, go much lower. Real estate stocks are going to go lower. This one or two day rally is immaterial. It just gives higher prices to sell into."
At 10:59 hrs DLF was quoting at Rs 198.30, down Rs 0.70, or 0.35 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 199.75 and an intraday low of Rs 195.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 289.20 and 52-week low Rs 190.15 on 12 March, 2013 and 19 June, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 31.43 percent below its 52-week high and 4.29 percent above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 35,292.19 crore.
