Reliance Industries should outperform: Anand Tandon

Anand Tandon, CEO of JRG Securities expects the outperformance in Reliance Industries to continue.

Anand Tandon, CEO of JRG Securities told CNBC-TV18, "Reliance Industries should outperform the index from current levels, but obviously it is a part of the index and therefore cannot completely stay away from it. It has already done reasonably well over the last few weeks and I would expect that outperformance to continue."

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 954.80 and 52-week low Rs 721.90 on 21 January, 2013 and 26 July, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 8.84 percent below its 52-week high and 20.57 percent above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 281,082.46 crore.
