In CNBC-TV18's popular show Bull's Eye, Aashish Tater, FortuneWizard.com shares trading strategy of the day.
I am going long on Karnataka Bank for a target of Rs 211 with a closing stop of Rs 160 from short-term perspective. We feel this particular stock made a high of Rs 200 level in 2007 and this could really be tested given there is a strong rumor of stock being acquired or merged with some large other private sector bank which would be very positive for the entire banking sector.
Buy Dhanlaxmi Bank for a target of close to Rs 70 with a closing stop of Rs 62. We feel Dhanlaxmi Bank is right now consolidating between a broad range of Rs 60 and Rs 70 and the way the pattern is actually emerged we feel that the stock could go and test around Rs 80-Rs 85 zone in short-term. One can go for a positional target of Rs 85 levels with a closing stop of Rs 62.
Buy Sintex. We feel Sintex is right now consolidating and one of those underperformers which can see lot of momentum in days to come. We have a target close to Rs 68 and Rs 72 on this particular stock. However, maintain a strict stop loss of Rs 62.80 on closing basis for future levels because we feel that would actually generate a distribution pattern on this particular stock.
Buy Delta Corp for a target of Rs 85 with a closing stop of Rs 77. Looking at raising volume in Delta Corp and given that December 25 and December 31, is about to come this is one stock which will be traders favourite from short-term perspective.
