In CNBC-TV18's popular show Bull's Eye, SP Tulsian, sptulsian.com shares trading strategy of the day.

Buy Jain Irrigation with a day target of Rs 84 and stop loss of Rs 80. The stock is witnessing informed buying on the hopes that company is likely to induct a strategic investor and apart from that the company is improving its financial working by reducing the debtors which has been piling up or last three or four quarters and this is going to be seen quite positive by the market in the time to come and hence a buy call.

Buy Prakash Industries with a day target of Rs 53.50 and stop loss of Rs 50.50. This company is manufacturer of steel and power and Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY13 is seen at Rs 16 or so and in anticipation of the better working seen ahead the informed buying is seen in the stock which is likely to continue and hence a buy call.

Sell Steel Authority of India (SAIL) with a day target of Rs 96.50 and stop loss of Rs 101. The stock has seen good run up yesterday in the second half on the hopes that government is likely to levy an import duty of 20 percent on the hot-rolled flat products to be imported from China, but share is seemed to have run up too much beyond its fundamental value as compared to the other peers because the Q3 numbers are likely to be quite dull because of the lower off take and lower realization and hence a sell call.

Sell GMR Infra with a day target of Rs 19.50 and stop loss of Rs 20.80. The company has terminated the Kishangarh Udaipur Ahmedabad Expressways unilaterally and National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is likely to initiate the penalty proceedings against the company and for last one month the company is seemed to be out of focus practically in all its business verticals in the airport, power generation, road because of the huge setback they have faced in cancellation of the Male Airport also and the negative perception is likely to get resumed on the stock and hence a sell call.”
