Portfolio Manager, PN Vijay told CNBC-TV18, "One would not buy Suzlon Energy, which is a god that failed. When it first hit the market a few years ago, there was so much of optimism that a budding entrepreneur and then we had a business model which was fantastic, non-conventional energy etc."

He further added, "Then two things went wrong. They accumulated debt and decide to go soar too fast and they accumulated debt to acquire companies abroad which were bigger than themselves, a bit like what Apollo Tyres is doing which is why the market is shaken. All that has totally put off the investors."
"Secondly on the ground the order accretion has not taken place the way it was before. So a lot of negatives are working on Suzlon. There are lot of interesting high value, smart investing, value investing buys in the Indian market today and Suzlon is a bit too risky to be part of them," Tulsian said.
