Aashish Tater, Head of Research of Fortunewizard.com told CNBC-TV18, "Coal India FPO is likely to happen very soon. From that angel given the shape of Indian markets we feel this is one stock which should not be bought at current levels. Now taking a fundamental call avoiding this particular thing I think this is a good stock to hold from longer term perspective."

"Personally I feel at current levels one should still be exiting as one will get better opportunities at lower levels from current levels because of the FPO that is likely to happen very soon," he said. Also Read: Coal India workers to go on strike from Sept 23-25
