Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "In the morning we had Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) as a short sell and the charts for REC and Power Finance Corporation (PFC) are so terrible that they are giving signs of a major catastrophic decline."
