Avoid DB Realty, advises Sudarshan Sukhani

Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "DB Realty is a complete avoid, so I would advise to simply get out and if one wants to stay in real estate put the same money into Indiabulls Real Estate, which is a blue chip."

At 12:04 hrs DB Realty was quoting at Rs 57, up Rs 0.85, or 1.51 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 57.95 and an intraday low of Rs 55.80. The share touched its 52-week high Rs 168.40 and 52-week low Rs 48.95 on 07 January, 2013 and 28 June, 2013, respectively. Currently, it is trading 66.15 percent below its 52-week high and 16.45 percent above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 1,386.58 crore.
