SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com told CNBC-TV18, "In the month of September Asian Paints moved from Rs 420 to Rs 505. Again at that point of time when it was ruling at Rs 420 people have all been very cautious taking negative stance. This is not a high-beta stock, but still these kind of stocks can give a rise of 20 percent. So I am holding positive view in the stock."

"September and December are the best quarters for the paints companies. So those who have entered at Rs 420-425, obviously the profit booking is coming into it. Recently the company has given the offer for acquiring remaining 26 percent stake of the Berger International Singapore company, so I am keeping a positive stance," he said.
