Tata Motors is looking good for investment, says Amisha Vora, Joint Managing Director, Prabhudas Lilladher.


Vora told CNBC-TV18, “A good part of correction has taken place in Tata Motors and though we understand that the demand outlook is sober to weak across in Europe but this has been the case in the last 3-6 months also when they were churning out good numbers.”
He further added, “A bit change in product mix and change in EBITDA margin versus the market expectation has taken too much of a toll on the stock currently. This could be a very good range to look at this again in the current price range for medium to long-term investments.”
The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 3.94 per share. (Mar, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 57.61. The latest book value of the company is Rs 62.74 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 3.62. The dividend yield of the company was 1.76%.
