Exit Hotel Leela Venture: Thunuguntla

Jagannadham Thunuguntla, Strategist & Head of Research, SMC Global Securities Limited is of the view that one can exit Hotel Leela Venture.

Thunuguntla told CNBC-TV18, “Mid-caps and small caps are going through a clear pattern of distribution. That is visible across many segments and Hotel Leela may not be an exception. It makes sense to exit at this point. It may take a lot of time for Hotel Leela and Indian Hotels to come back but if you have to choose between these two from the quality point of view Indian Hotels around this level will be much better. However, it makes sense to exit Hotel Leela at this point.”
