Exit DLF, Unitech: Bhambwani

Exit DLF, Unitech and JP Associates, says Vijay Bhambwani, Technical Analyst.

Bhambwani told CNBC-TV18, "I have been bearish on realty for the last two, two and a half years. I do not see anything on the charts that is compelling me to change my mind on these stocks. I think any kind of a rally would be an exit opportunity because it is now possible for you to take delivery at the Nifty, thanks to the ETF route, benchmark Nifty BeES. If a stock is delivering returns less than what you can get out of Nifty BeES. I do not think you have any right to be in that stock because you are actually deploying your money at a loss. DLF, Unitech and JP Associates would fit into that category. I would say exit.
