Prefer SAIL in the metal space, says Rakesh Gandhi of LKP.

Gandhi told CNBC-TV18, "Hindalco has moved but I have been watching Tata Steel and SAIL. I would bet more on SAIL at this point because it has not moved substantially on the lower levels and the charts are suggesting that a close above Rs 86 would trend the stock much higher."
He further added, "It could see good momentum and could take higher levels up to Rs 95 and that could be very short-term. So I would bet more in metals on SAIL rather than on Hindalco."
SAIL trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 9.61 per share. (Sep, 2011). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 9.08. The latest book value of the company is Rs 89.75 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 0.97. The dividend yield of the company was 2.75%. Disclosure: We have recommended the above stocks. I do not hold any personal position.
