Jatinder Sharma of Equity Strategies is of the view that one should exit Unitech.


Sharma told CNBC-Awaaz, "Investors should exit Unitech at Rs 26. The stock is trading badly and not showing any sign of upside. We can see further downside in coming days. Exit is better option for the investors."
The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 1.59 per share. (Sep 2011). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 15.09. The latest book value of the company is Rs 35.48 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 0.68. The dividend yield of the company was 0.42%.
