SBI is looking weak, says Jitendra Mehta, AVP Institutional Equity, Edelweiss.


Mehta told CNBC-TV18, "Canara Bank has been looking quite good. Among other names I think, SBI was looking quite weak. So, one can look at going long on Canara Bank and shorting SBI against it for trading perspective only."
SBI trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 159.22 per share. (Dec, 2010). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 16.30. The latest book value of the company is Rs 1038.57 per share.
