Reliance Capital can touch Rs 720-740, says Jitendra Mehta, AVP Institutional Equity, Edelweiss.


Mehta told CNBC-TV18, "Reliance Capital looks pretty much trending upwards. It had formed a nice low and then it started reversing, now above Rs 600, continuing its upmove, I think Reliance Capital looks pretty good from here. We can see levels around Rs 720-740 if the upmove continues to unfold the way it is."
Rel Capital trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 8.19 per share. (Dec, 2010). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 74.90. The latest book value of the company is Rs 282.70 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.17. The dividend yield of the company was 1.06%.
