Tribeca Developers and Smartworld Developers announced the launch of North India’s second Trump-branded residences in Gurugram. The new development, ‘Trump Residences Gurugram’ will come up in Gurugram Sector 69 with an investment of Rs 1,200 crore and will have a top line of Rs 3,500 crore.
Tribeca Developers are India's official licensor of Trump-branded projects while Smartworld is a Gurugram-based real estate developer.
Trump Residences Gurgaon will include two 52-story towers with 298 residences. The launching price of the Trump-branded apartments will be Rs 27,000 per square foot.
The new project follows the debut of Trump Towers Delhi-NCR in 2018, which earned recognition as Gurugram’s top residential project. ‘Trump Residences Gurugram’ is located off Southern Peripheral Road in Sector 69, in proximity with business hubs, upcoming metro lines, schools, and hospitals.
Kalpesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca Developers, said that Trump returns to Gurugram with its second project.
“India loves Trump and Trump loves India as Gurugram will be the only city in India that will have second Trump Residences. We’re working with The Trump Organization and Smartworld Developers again, and I am grateful for their partnership. After the first Trump Towers set the standard, this time we are building something different – things people will have never seen before in this city,” Mehta said.
Pankaj Bansal, Co-Founder of Smartworld Developers, said that the construction cost of the project will be around Rs 1,200 crore-Rs 1,400 crore but the total investment including the land cost will remain around Rs 2,200 crore.
"The project will offer 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments with sizes starting from 3,000 sqft, 4,000 sqft and 5,000 sqft respectively. The ticket size of 3BHK will be Rs 8 crore, for 4 BHK it will be Rs 10 crore and for 5 BHK the price will be Rs 12 crore," Bansal said.
The project has a total saleable area of 1.2 million square foot.
Project features include all-glass façade, double-height living rooms in select units, floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators, and a shared rooftop offering stunning views of the Aravalis. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, wellness centre, resident lounge, private dining spaces, and children’s play zones, among others.

The first Trump Towers project in Gurugram was launched in 2018 by M3M Developers in association with Tribeca Developers. The deliveries of first Trump residences are set to start from later this month.
Mehta said that currently the country has six Trump Tower projects in cities including Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram and Kolkata.
"Tribeca Developers will launch more Trump-branded residences projects across India in coming years," Mehta said. He said that a Trump Towers project will soon be announced in Noida.
Smartworld Developers will be responsible for the development, construction and customer service of the project. Tribeca Developers will lead the design, marketing, sales and quality PMC.
