Man Infraconstruction to redevelop premium real estate project in Mumbai's BKC; stock up 3%

Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) on June 10 announced the acquisition of a prime redevelopment project in Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai, the company said in an exchange filing.

The project marks MICL's strategic move into premium redevelopment projects in sought-after locations, the statement said.

Under the project, the real estate firm will redevelop Artek Co-operative Housing Society Limited (Society) in Kalanagar area situated at BKC.

The stock of the company surged 3.44 percent to Rs 201.55 on BSE on June 10 following the announcement of the project.
