HP India MD Ipsita Dasgupta buys Rs 22.52-crore apartment in Mumbai

Ipsita Dasgupta, the former Apple executive who was appointed managing director of HP India in October 2023, has purchased a 2,964 sq ft flat in Mumbai’s Worli area for Rs 22.52 crore. It was purchased from Gnext Hardware and Parks Pvt Limited of K Raheja Corp, registration documents accessed by proptech firm Zapkey.com showed.

The deal was registered on October 26. The flat comes with a 100 sq ft balcony and three car parking slots, according to the document.

Emails have been sent to K Raheja Corp and HP India seeking comment.

This is the same building where  the promoters of Mumbai-based real estate major K Raheja Corp had decided to retain possession of three floors of their ritzy project spread over 60,000 sq ft and worth Rs 426 crore. The project, Artesia, is a standalone 45-storey tower with views of the Arabian Sea and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
