The company has sent a letter in compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to members whose e-mail addresses are not registered, providing a web-link to access the Annual Report for FY25 and the Notice of the 52nd AGM on the company's website.

From April 1, 2024, onwards, in case of non-updation of PAN, Contact Details including Mobile Number, Bank Account Details, and Specimen Signature, if any dividend payment is due in respect of such folios, the Company shall make such payment electronically only upon furnishing of PAN, Contact Details including Mobile Number, Bank Account details, and Specimen Signature.
