Usha Martin has clarified on a significant increase in the volume of the company's security, in response to an email received by the company on September 17, 2025.
The company stated that it has been disclosing all the necessary information and disclosures to the Exchange in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, from time to time.
To the best of its knowledge, there exists no pending information or announcement required to be disclosed by the company that may have a bearing on the price/volume behaviour of its scrip.
The company reassures its adherence to the requirements laid down in Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and shall keep the Stock Exchanges duly informed of any material information/event, as required under the said regulations.
