Sansera Engineering Limited's 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on September 26, 2025, approved a dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The AGM, conducted via video conferencing, included the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY25, and the re-appointment of Mr. Bindiganavile Raghunath Preetham as a director.

The meeting was attended by 33 members, including key executives and directors. Mr. S Sekhar Vasan, Chairman & Managing Director, presided over the meeting. Other key attendees included Mr. Vikas Goel, Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Rajesh Kumar Modi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
The resolutions passed at the AGM included:
- Adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
- Declaration of a dividend of ₹3.25 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2025.
- Re-appointment of Mr. Bindiganavile Raghunath Preetham as a director.
- Re-appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
- Ratification of remuneration payable to M/s Rao, Murthy and Associates, Cost Auditors of the Company.
- Appointment of Secretarial Auditors.
The Company Secretary expressed gratitude to the shareholders for attending the meeting and for their continued support and interest in the Company's affairs. He also thanked all the Directors, Auditors and officials of the Company, for joining the meeting virtually.
