The approval pertains to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving Piramal Enterprises Limited, Piramal Finance Limited (formerly known as Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited), and their respective shareholders and creditors.
The company received the order from the NCLT on September 10, 2025, with the order being uploaded on the NCLT website on September 11, 2025.
The record date has been fixed for the following:
- Issuance and allotment of equity shares of Piramal Finance Limited to the shareholders of the Company; and
- Transfer of non-convertible debentures and commercial papers of the Company in the name of Piramal Finance Limited
