One 97 Communications Limited has announced the allotment of 1,84,490 equity shares to eligible employees upon the exercise of vested options under its Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOP). The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board on September 03, 2025.
