Magellanic Cloud Updates on 'Saksham Niveshak' Campaign

As part of this initiative, Magellanic Cloud is encouraging shareholders to update their KYC details and claim any unpaid or unclaimed dividends before they are transferred to the IEPF Authority.

The company aims to empower its shareholders by raising awareness about unclaimed dividends and assisting them in reclaiming their dividends/shares by updating KYC and nomination details.

Shareholders are requested to update their PAN and other KYC details, including contact details (Postal Address with PIN and Mobile Number), Bank A/c details, and Specimen signature against their corresponding folio numbers nomination information to ensure seamless receipt of dividends and safeguard their Shares/dividends from being transferred to the IEPF Authority.

Since dividends on shares are payable only through electronic mode for Shareholders with unpaid or unclaimed dividends, the amount will be credited to the shareholder's bank account only after the required information/documents are updated.

Shareholders holding shares in demat mode may contact their respective Depository Participants (DPs) to get their KYC and other details updated. Physical shareholders are requested to update their KYC details, PAN, and choice of Nomination by submitting the relevant documents (Forms ISR-1, ISR-2, ISR-3, SH-13, SH-14) by approaching the Company or Niche Technologies Private Limited, the Registrar & Transfer Agent.
