About 85.5 lakh shares of Mahindra and Mahindra Financial Services Ltd, representing a 0.7 percent equity stake in the company, were traded in a large deal on Friday for Rs 270 crore. The shares were exchanged at Rs 317 per share. The company's stock was trading flat at Rs 323 per share on the BSE, down 0.25 percent at 12.15 pm today.
