Bajaj Housing Finance has allotted secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating to ₹1,000.09 crore on a private placement basis. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the company approved the allotment of 1,00,000 NCDs at a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, during its meeting held on September 16, 2025.
The NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited. The ISIN for the instrument is INE377Y07607. The tenure of the instrument is 1126 days, with a date of maturity of October 16, 2028. The date of allotment is September 16, 2025.
The coupon/interest offered is 7.10% per annum, with the first interest payment due on October 16, 2025, and annually thereafter. The schedule of payments for coupon/interest and principal is as follows:
- 1st interest payment - October 16, 2025
- 2nd interest payment - October 16, 2026
- 3rd interest payment - October 16, 2027
- 4th interest payment & principal repayment - October 16, 2028
The debentures repayment, interest thereon, Trustees' remuneration and all other monies relating thereto will be secured by a first pari-passu charge on book debts/loan receivables, provided that such security cover shall be equivalent to 1.00 time the aggregate outstanding value of debentures to be issued under this General Information Document.
The meeting commenced at 12.15 p.m. and concluded at 12.30 p.m.
Atul Patni, Company Secretary, confirmed that there are no special rights/interest/privileges attached to the instrument and changes thereof, and there is no delay in payment of interest / principal amount for a period of more than three months from the due date.
