The disclosure, made under Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, relates to the pledge of equity shares of Axiscades Technologies Limited in favor of Catalyst Trusteeship Limited.
The shares were encumbered as security for a loan availed by Jupiter Capital Private Limited.
