Aegis Logistics Ltd said promoter group entity Huron Holdings Ltd has acquired 10,000 equity shares through an inter-se transfer among promoters. The off-market transaction was executed on September 26, 2025, according to a disclosure under SEBI’s Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations.
Before the transaction, Huron Holdings held 11.11 crore shares, representing 31.6697 percent of Aegis Logistics’ equity. Following the acquisition, its holding has inched up to 11.12 crore shares or 31.6725 percent. Along with other promoter group entities, the total promoter shareholding remains unchanged at 58.10 percent of the company’s equity capital.
The inter-se transfer did not affect the company’s overall equity base, which stands at 35.1 crore shares of face value Re 1 each.
Shares of Aegis Logistics were trading at Rs 762.40 on Tuesday, up 3.19 percent. The stock touched a day’s high of Rs 766.75 and a low of Rs 735.35 during the session. Over the past year, it has been broadly flat, slipping 0.14 percent, and has moved between Rs 609.85 and Rs 1,037.00.
