Safechem Enterprises Pvt Ltd, a promoter group entity of Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd, has disclosed a reduction in its shareholding under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
According to the filing, Safechem Enterprises sold 6.3 lakh shares between December 26, 2024 and September 19, 2025, while other promoter group entities together sold 13.85 lakh shares and acquired 3.13 lakh shares during the same period. As a result, the overall promoter and promoter group holding decreased by 17.02 lakh shares.
Following these transactions, the combined holding of the promoters and promoter group has come down from 4,01,23,868 shares (44.27 percent) to 3,84,21,647 shares, representing 42.39 percent of the company’s total equity share capital. The transactions were executed through open market and off-market transfers.

The equity share capital/total voting capital of Aarti Pharmalabs Limited before the said acquisition/sale was 90,626,008, which changed to 90,641,224 after the sale. The total diluted share/voting capital after the said transactions is 90,641,224.
Shares of Aarti Pharmalabs were trading at Rs 866.80 on Wednesday, down 0.56 percent, with a day’s high of Rs 876.15 and low of Rs 866.05. The stock has gained 36.17 percent over the past year, moving between Rs 557.05 and Rs 971.00 during the period.
