Worries of inflow have been plaguing the minds of market experts as the Nifty has been trading range-bound over the past several months. Sandeep Madan, a high net-worth individual (HNI), tells CNBC-TV18 that HNIs like himself, still find value in real estate in India. Even as domestic investors are highly cautious of the sector that is embroiling in scams and governance issues, HNIs seem to find land parcels as a consistent return option.
