Lenders, government working on MTNL account resolution plan; to complete to by December

The lenders and the government is working on the resolution of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) account and expected to be completed by December, 2025, said Bank of India's managing director and chief executive officer, Rajneesh Karnatak.

"Bank of India, CoC, DFS and government is working on resolution of MTNL account by December," Karnatak told Moneycontrol on sidelines of post earnings press conference.

Bank of India have exposure of Rs 1,121.09 crore as on June 25.
