Dalal Street is set for a busy week ahead with seven new public issues ready to hit the primary market. In addition to the new public issues, 13 companies are scheduled to make their debut on the stock exchange, including listings on both the mainboard and the SME segment. This surge in market activity comes on the heels of a strong investor sentiment, further fueled by Bajaj Housing Finance's historic public subscription of Rs 3.23 lakh crore last week.
Upcoming IPOs 2024: Mainboard issues this week
Northern Arc Capital: Non-bank financial institution Northern Arc Capital will open for public subscription on September 16 and conclude on September 19. The price has been fixed in the range of Rs 249 to Rs 263 per share. The Rs 777-crore IPO of the Chennai-based company collected Rs 229 crore from anchor investors.
Arkade Developers: The initial share sale of realty firm Arkade Developers will open for public subscription on September 16 and conclude on September 19. It raised Rs 122.40 crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering. The company had fixed a price band of Rs 121-128 per share for its Rs 410-crore IPO.
Upcoming IPOs 2024: SME issues this week
Paramount Speciality Forgings: The Rs 32.34 crore SME issue will open for public subscription from September 17 to September 19. The price band is set at Rs 57 to Rs 59 per share with a lot size of 2,000 shares.
Osel Devices: The Rs 70.66 crore SME issue will be open for subscription from September 16 to September 19. The price band has been fixed at Rs 155 - Rs 160 per share with a lot size of 800 shares.
Pelatro: The Rs 55.98 crore issue will open for subscription on September 16 and will conclude on September 19. The price range has been fixed at Rs 190 to Rs 200 per equity share with a lot size of 600 shares.
BikeWo GreenTech: The Rs 24.09 crore issue will open for subscription on September 18 and will conclude on September 20. The price range has been fixed at Rs 59 to Rs 62 per equity share with a lot size of 2000 shares.
SD Retail Logo: The Rs 64.98 crore SME issue will open for subscription on September 20 and will conclude on September 24. The price range has been fixed at Rs 124 to Rs 131 per equity share with a lot size of 1000 shares.
