The primary market will see mixed action in the coming week starting from September 30 as there will be no new IPO launch in the mainboard segment but the activity remains strong in the SME section.
Mainboard Segment
Diffusion Engineers, the welding consumables, wear plates and parts, and heavy machinery manufacturer, will close its Rs 158-crore initial public offering on September 30. The issue was subscribed 27.19 times till September 27.
On the listing front, non-banking finance company Manba Finance will debut on the BSE and NSE on September 30, while the trading in heat exchangers manufacturer KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration, and Diffusion Engineers will commence on the bourses, effective October 3, and October 4, respectively.
In the grey market, KRN Heat IPO shares attracted the maximum premium of 125 percent over the issue price, while Manba Finance and Diffusion Engineers shares traded at more than 30 percent premium, the market observers said.
SME Segment
Paramount Dye Tec, the yarns producer for the textile industry, will open its Rs 28.4-crore maiden public issue for subscription on September 30, with a price band at Rs 111-117 per share. The issue will close on October 3. The Ludhiana-based company already mopped up Rs 8.09 crore from four anchor investors on September 27.
The Rs 94-crore IPO from the Tamil Nadu-based company will also hit Dalal Street on the same day, September 30. The price band for the IPO, which closes on October 3, has been fixed at Rs 144-152 per share.
Subam Papers already raised Rs 26.7 crore via anchor book on September 27.
NeoPolitan Pizza and Foods IPO
The public issue of NeoPolitan Pizza will open on September 30 and close on October 4. It intends to raise Rs 12 crore via its fixed price issue, at a price of Rs 20 per share.
This will be the smallest IPO in terms of fundraising size amongst these three public issues.
IPOs Closing Next Week
Nexxus Petro Industries, Forge Auto International, Sahasra Electronics Solutions, and Divyadhan Recycling Industries will close their IPOs on September 30, while the last day for bidding Saj Hotels, and HVAX Technologies IPOs will be on October 1.
The Nexxus Petro Industries IPO so far subscribed 1.66 times, while the public issues of Forge Auto International, Sahasra Electronics Solutions, and Divyadhan Recycling Industries bought 9.87 times, 12.9 times, and 4.52 times their sizes so far. The initial public offerings of Saj Hotels, and HVAX Technologies were subscribed 0.61 times and 1.02 times till September 27.
SME Listings Next Week
Further, the trading in Rappid Valves India, and WOL 3D India shares will commence on the NSE Emerge effective September 30, while Thinking Hats Entertainment Solutions, Unilex Colours and Chemicals, and TechEra Engineering shares will list on the NSE Emerge October 3.
On October 4, there will be four companies making their debut on the bourses. Shares of Nexxus Petro Industries will list on the BSE SME, while Forge Auto International, Sahasra Electronics Solutions, and Divyadhan Recycling Industries will debut on the NSE Emerge.
