Sudhir Singh, CEO of the mid-tier IT services company Coforge, drew Rs 36.12 crore in salary in FY25, a 65.6 percent decline from his previous remuneration of over Rs 105 crore in FY24, the company’s annual report showed.
“The % decrease in CEO remuneration is due to vesting of lower no. of shares during the FY25 as compared to FY24,” the report cited.
Singh’s FY25 remuneration included salary and allowances worth Rs 62.04 lakh, perquisites, PF contribution of Rs 16 lakh, performance linked bonus of Rs 60.7 lakh and stock options worth Rs 22.25 crore.
Among his peers, HCLTech CEO C Vijayakumar is the highest paid IT company CEO, having earned a total compensation of $10.85 million (approximately Rs 94.6 crore) in FY25.
Further, Infosys CEO Salil Parekh earned Rs 80.62 crore in FY25 and Wipro’s Srinivas Pallia Rs 53.64 crore. Tech Mahindra’s Mohit Joshi, who completed his first full year as CEO, was paid Rs 52.1 crore, and TCS’ K Krithivasan earned Rs 26.5 crore in FY25.
Speaking of the company’s performance, Singh said in the report, “FY’25 was a pivotal year for Coforge where we recorded industry leading revenue growth of 31.5% over FY’24. This was our eighth consecutive year of robust and profitable growth. The sustained track record of accelerating growth has marked Coforge as an outlier in the industry.”
“Between FY’17 to FY’25 Coforge has moved from being the eighteenth largest Indian IT services firm to the eighth largest Indian IT services firm. We expect to keep rising up the leaders rank in the years to come,” he added.
In terms of business performance, Coforge saw consolidated business growth of 33.8 percent YoY (INR terms) and by 32 percent in CC. This was led by led by multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals.
The company’s order book at the end of FY25 was $3.5 billion, up 75.1% YoY. The executable order book for the next 12 months now stands at $1.5 billion, up 47.7% YoY, which is an indicative of robust growth in the next year as well. The FY25 growth has been broad-based across geographies, verticals and service lines, the company said.
