Coforge CEO Sudhir Singh takes home Rs 36 crore in FY25 salary, a 65% YoY plunge

Singh’s FY25 remuneration included salary and allowances worth Rs 62.04 lakhs, perquisites, PF contribution of Rs 16 lakhs, performance linked bonus of Rs 60.7 lakhs and stock options worth Rs 22.25 crores.

Sudhir Singh, CEO of the mid-tier IT services company Coforge, drew Rs 36.12 crore in salary  in FY25, a 65.6 percent decline from his previous remuneration of over Rs 105 crore in FY24, the company’s annual report showed.

“The % decrease in CEO remuneration is due to vesting of lower no. of shares during the FY25 as compared to FY24,” the report cited.

Singh’s FY25 remuneration included salary and allowances worth Rs 62.04 lakh, perquisites, PF contribution of Rs 16 lakh, performance linked bonus of Rs 60.7 lakh and stock options worth Rs 22.25 crore.

Among his peers, HCLTech CEO C Vijayakumar is the highest paid IT company CEO, having earned a total compensation of $10.85 million (approximately Rs 94.6 crore) in FY25.
