HCLTech, ServiceNow partner to deliver AI solutions for businesses

HCLTech and ServiceNow have announced a partnership to provide generative AI (GenAI)-led solutions to businesses. While ServiceNow will help the companies adopt artificial intelligence capabilities quickly and efficiently, HCLTech will offer consulting, design, implementation, and managed services through the entire suite of AI products.

HCLTech said that the partnership aims to help companies reduce costs and increase cross-department efficiency and productivity. HCLTech and ServiceNow will also launch a ServiceNow business unit and 'Fluid NOW' centres of excellence in London, New York, and Noida, where enterprises can explore the latest GenAI solutions that can accelerate their digital transformation journeys.
