Vedanta posted a healthy topline in Q1 as net profit spikes but iron ore business disappointed. The company also managed to reduce their gross debt level.
In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Tom Albanese, CEO of Vedanta spoke about the results and gave his outlook for the company.
Albanese said that Vedanta will continue to focus on operational excellence.
He hopes upswing in commodity cycle to continue over the next few quarters.
