Transport Corporation of India reported a good quarter with a 44 percent profit growth aided by higher other income.
In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Vineet Agarwal, MD of Transport Corporation of India said that dividend income from group companies aided other income.
He further said that freight division has picked up from capital goods and engineering companies.
TCI is planning to acquire a ship and additional trucks this fiscal, said Agarwal
