MphasiS Q4 net seen flat; margins set to improve: Poll

MphasiS is expected to post net profit of Rs 165 crore in March quarter, registering a marginal growth of 1.8 percent at  Rs 165 crore from Rs 162 crore in last quarter. According to a CNBC-TV18 poll, rupee revenue is likely to be flat at Rs 1410 crore sequentially.

As per analysts polled by CNBC-TV18, its Hewlett Packard (HP) channel may decline by 3-4 percent. Digital risk could show marginal growth. Analysts say margins may improve as quarter will see some wage reversals.

Earlier, the management had said that the worst in digital risk is behind. Over the medium term, it believes margins could improve because digital risk is making losses currently, which could improve as revenue improves.

The stock closed at Rs 373.00, down Rs 3.45, or 0.92 percent on the BSE.
