Sakthi Sugars posted a steady set of earnings in Q4. The sugar EBIT posted a profit versus a loss which improved margins.
In an interview to CNBC-TV18, M Manickam, Executive VC, Sakthi Sugars spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.
He said that they have booked lower finance cost in Q4 of FY16.
He further said that volume will go down to half this year due to drought. Therefore, they don't expect to do any better in FY18.
"We are looking at a much lower cane crush versus the current year," said Manickam.
