India Grid Trust has reported their first numbers after listing and is also considering acquiring four projects from the sponsor.
In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Pratik Agarwal, CEO of India Grid Trust spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.

The sponsor has offered IndiGrid four more assets for acquisition in this financial year.
The company will be evaluating those assets and will be putting together a proposal to make to the sponsor and an evaluation at which the company can consider buying those assets from the sponsor, said Agarwal.
We plan to acquire all our assets in a way that they are accretive, he added.
