Expect occupancy rate to rise to 80% going ahead: Royal Orchid Hotels

Royal Orchid Hotels posted a good set of Q2 numbers. In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Amit Jaiswal, CFO of the company discussed his Q2 performance.

We have added four hotels in this quarter and we are about to add another four hotels by next month, he said.

According to him, the growth is looking good and the occupancy rate has grown a lot and it can go to 80 percent maximum.

Current average room rate (ARR) is at Rs 3,600 and the company is looking to increase the same, he further mentioned.
