Expect FY17 to be better on back of good monsoon: RCF

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCF) Ltd reported weak fourth quarter earnings on last Thursday.

Net profit fell 45 percent to Rs 36.6 crore year-on-year (YoY) and EBITDA margins dropped 4.9 percentage points to 4.4 percent (YoY).

In an interview with CNBC-TV18, RG Rajan, CMD of RCF said that the company has received Rs 1500 crore in subsidy for FY16 and expects FY17 to be better on the back of good monsoons.

Sales should improve by 10-15 percent if monsoon is good this year, he added.Watch video for more...
