According to Gupta, the second half will be better because seasonally, Q4 is the best quarter for most infrastructure companies. “For us, Q4 contributes around 40 percent to the topline of the company,” he adds.

The second quarter was a modest one for the company with a topline growth of 10 percent at Rs 331 crore versus Rs 300 for the same quarter of the last fiscal. However, EBITDA was down 3 percent at Rs 60 crore versus Rs 62 crore and margins came in at 18 percent versus 20.67 percent year on year (Y-o-Y).
