Nucleus Software Exports reported a weak set of earnings. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Vishnu R Dusad, MD & CEO of the company shared the fine print.
"This was a quarter where we had our annual appraisals, so costs have gone up. The revenues would go up subsequently and that's how the bottomline has reduced," said Dusad.
The cash on book currently is over Rs 500 crore.
Nucleus Software actively looking at acquisitions which will complement our technology, he said.
He further added that acquisition will be at sub Rs 50 crore.
