Usha Martin Education & Solutions Limited (UMESL) recorded 7.4% increase in consolidated revenue on Y-o-Y basis and 0.73% increase in revenue on standalone basis (Y-o-Y). Consolidated net profit (PAT) stood at Rs 44.38 lakh (decline of 72% Y-o-Y) whereas its standalone net profit was Rs 40.51lakh (decline of 74% Y-o-Y).
The Company through its wholly owned subsidiary continues to provide end-to-end school management services to K-12 schools in eastern India.
