USL to hold its first AGM tomorrow since Mallya's exit

United Spirits will be holding its 17th Annual General Meeting — the first since the time Vijay Mallya severed ties with the company earlier in the year — in Bangalore on Thursday, reports CNBC-TV18's Rukmini Rao.

United Spirits will be holding its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM)— the first since the time Vijay Mallya severed ties with the company earlier in the year — in Bangalore on Thursday, report CNBC-TV18's Rukmini Rao.

The shareholders are expected to question the company on the latest disclosures and also question Mallya's exit from the company.
