USL to hold its first AGM tomorrow since Mallya's exit

United Spirits will be holding its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM)— the first since the time Vijay Mallya severed ties with the company earlier in the year — in Bangalore on Thursday, report CNBC-TV18's Rukmini Rao.

The shareholders are expected to question the company on the latest disclosures and also question Mallya's exit from the company.
